With effect from September 1, 2024, Thom LeFevre has joined Brueckner Group USA as the new President/CEO. Although new to Dover, he is sort of local as he originally comes from Southern Vermont, about 100 miles from BGU. Thom has been in the Brueckner Group for more than a decade as he was, until coming to Dover, the Vice President, Business Divisions, at PackSys Global AG in Switzerland. Prior to that he co-led an MBO of one of the world’s largest producers of laminate tubes. Thom has a degree in Chemistry and Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College (so already knows New Hampshire 😊) as well as an MBA from MIT. He has decades of experience in business development and sales and is well-versed in many kinds of plastic and aluminum packaging.
Thom took over from Matthias Sieverding, who has moved to Germany to take over as the CEO of Kiefel.
Thom is married to his wife, who will move to New Hampshire during 2025. Their daughter is a student at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Thom and Ellen moved to Europe in 1991 and are intrigued to see what has happened in the USA in the last 33 years.
